TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Omniscient.ltd

1. General Information

Omniscient.ltd (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides comprehensive digital solutions, including but not limited to:

• Web Development
• Graphic Design
• Digital Marketing
• Brand Identity Services
• Performance Marketing
• Social Media Management
• Lead Generation Services

These services are offered to clients worldwide, subject to the terms outlined herein.

2. Service Agreement

Each project or service engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (“Contract”) between Omniscient.ltd and the client (“Client”). The Contract will specify scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment terms, and milestones.

No verbal agreements are binding unless documented in writing and incorporated into the Contract.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All work created by Omniscient.ltd remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Only final outputs are shared; source files (PSD, AI, EPS, etc.) are not provided.
• Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the Client as per the Contract.
• Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate content, approvals, and materials on time.
• Ensure supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights.
• Cooperate to facilitate project completion.

Delays caused by the Client may impact delivery timelines.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information shared during engagement.

6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

• Payments are due as per the Contract.
• No refunds for completed or delivered services.
• Partial billing applies for mid-project cancellations.
• Lead-generation services require full upfront payment.
• Administrative fees may apply for late payments.

7. Guaranteed Results Policy

Performance guarantees are based on agreed targets and exclude factors beyond Omniscient.ltd’s control.

8. Revisions Policy

Minor revisions are included. Additional changes beyond scope may incur extra charges.

9. Third-Party Services

Any third-party tools, platforms, or licenses are billed separately unless stated otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

Omniscient.ltd’s liability is limited to the value of paid services and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
